Sales Executive - Interiors, Flooring and Maintenance

About the role
Nexar Group is looking for a full-time Sales Executive in Dubai to win and look after clients for its interiors, flooring and maintenance divisions, from the first conversation to a signed quotation.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and arrange site visits with the technical team.
- Understand each client's needs and match them to the right division and service.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, and keep client records up to date in the CRM.
- Build relationships with property managers, retailers, F&B operators and contractors.
- Track the sales pipeline and report on progress.
Required profile
- Sales experience in contracting, fit-out, facilities management or construction materials in the UAE.
- Confident communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Organised, with experience of using a CRM.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
