About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by using a consultative selling approach. You will identify, qualify and convert leads into opportunities, working with both prospective and existing customers to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure a seamless sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Create and expand business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
- Build rapport and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently over‑achieving sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
