Sales Executive – Luxury Apartment Rentals

About the role

The Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for guests, partners and internal departments at Marriott Executive Apartments on Sheikh Zayed Road. This role focuses on driving revenue through effective sales techniques, up‑selling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts such as reward points or vouchers.
• Promote the Marriott brand internally and externally and process Marriott Rewards redemptions.
• Handle reservation requests, changes and cancellations via phone, fax or mail, and enter reward information into the system.
• Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation and performance monitoring.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Provide courteous guest service, answer calls with proper etiquette and develop positive working relationships.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 24 months of relevant sales or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Marriott Rewards system.
