Sales Executive - Marine Engine

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive specializing in marine engines to join Al Futtaim Automotive’s Marine division in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding sales of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related products across the assigned Gulf territory, building strong relationships with boat builders, fleet operators and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the designated region.
• Develop and implement business plans that align with the division’s annual growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, boat builders and other marine industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Share market intelligence, product expertise and stay updated on competitor activities and emerging marine technologies.
• Travel across the Gulf Cooperation Council region as required to support business development.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling marine engines, outboard motors or propulsion systems.
• At least 2 years of sales experience within the GCC region.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine products, boats, in‑board and out‑board engines.
