Sales Executive – MEIA Graduate Program

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join Jotun’s MEIA Graduate Program in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The role offers a full‑time permanent position where you will support the Decorative Retail Business, build customer relationships and contribute to sales growth across the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products within the assigned territory, driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, delivering excellent service and responding to customer needs.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections to support healthy cash flow and meet collection targets.
• Maintain accurate customer, market and sales data in the CRM system and continuously assess market potential.
• Collaborate with supply chain, customer service and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Jotun, demonstrating company values and fostering a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
