Sales Executive - Metal Fabrication

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Executive for a metal fabrication business in Sharjah. The role focuses on generating new sales leads in the architectural, construction, fit-out and civil contracting sectors and closing deals with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and pursue new sales leads in the architectural, construction, fit-out and civil contracting sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants and contractors to secure repeat business.
• Understand project requirements, review mechanical design and fabrication drawings and propose suitable metalwork solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and technical proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Work with design and production teams to ensure projects are feasible and delivered on time.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments, and keep accurate sales records, forecasts and activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the metal fabrication or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium work.
• Sound technical knowledge of mechanical design drawings and ability to interpret fabrication details.
