Sales Executive – MICE

About the role

The Sales Executive – MICE is responsible for generating and developing group and event business across assigned market segments. The role focuses on proactive sales activities, account development, enquiry conversion, and relationship management to achieve revenue targets while aligning with the property's luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and generate new MICE and group business opportunities to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct proactive sales activities such as calls, client visits, virtual meetings, site inspections, hotel tours and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, event agencies and travel planners.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts that align with client requirements and commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client profiles, enquiries, quotations and contracts in CRM, Envision and lead‑tracking systems.
• Coordinate closely with Revenue, Events, Reservations and operational departments to ensure seamless handover of confirmed business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in MICE sales, group sales or business development, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of the MICE sales cycle, from prospecting to conversion and account development.
