Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Credit Cards

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to promote personal loans and credit cards across the UAE market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering high‑quality service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Personal Loans and Credit Cards to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through self‑sourcing, referrals, field sales, existing databases, and customer networks.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Explain product features, eligibility, pricing, fees, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
• Ensure applications comply with bank policies, credit criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on application status, approvals, disbursement, and card issuance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.
• Cross‑sell other retail banking products where applicable.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and ethical selling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of banking or financial services sales experience (preferred).
• Experience selling personal loans, credit cards, or retail banking products.
• Strong customer acquisition and sales‑closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE retail banking market (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven and comfortable with field/direct sales.
• Knowledge of basic KYC, credit documentation, and banking compliance.
• Ability to work under monthly sales targets.
