Sales Executive – PET Preforms & Plastic Closures

About the role

ENPI Group, a leading manufacturer of packaging and plastic materials in the UAE, is looking for a driven Sales Executive specialized in PET preforms and plastic closures. You will be at the forefront of the company’s commercial growth, using your network and sector expertise to generate revenue and expand the customer base across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage and expand an established customer portfolio and professional network within the UAE preforms and closures market to drive immediate and sustained revenue growth.
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers across FMCG, beverage, and food packaging segments.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post‑sale relationship management.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with ENPI’s commercial targets, ensuring consistent achievement of volume and margin objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to position ENPI’s solutions competitively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable intelligence and inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including production, logistics, and customer service—to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales within the plastics or packaging sector.
• Active customer portfolio and existing relationships with procurement or supply‑chain decision‑makers in the UAE.
• Experience managing key accounts in FMCG or beverage industries.
• Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written).
• Mid‑level professional with a hunter mentality and strong relationship‑building capabilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technical specifications and quality standards relevant to PET and plastic packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging applications and the competitive landscape for preforms and closures.
