Sales Executive – Property Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Property Consultants in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Manage leads, follow up regularly, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Generate new business through cold calling, marketing initiatives, and networking.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competing listings.
• Support the team in closing transactions and completing required documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn negotiation techniques.
• Confident, proactive, and target‑driven personality.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and a customer‑service mindset.
• UAE driver’s licence is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
