About the role

Leedwells Real Estate is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Dubai. The role focuses on assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing market insights and investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
• Conduct property tours and advise clients on investment strategies.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate licence and solid understanding of local regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales and property transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s market and strategic property investments (advantageous).
• Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities.
