Sales Executive Robotics

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business development and sell robotics solutions to a variety of B2B customers across sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, logistics and events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, exhibitions, networking and referrals.
• Analyse customer requirements, budget and use‑case to recommend the most suitable robot, software, rental or purchase solution.
• Conduct showroom demonstrations, client meetings, presentations and site visits; prepare quotations and proposals and work towards closing the sale.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure continuous follow‑up on all leads and coordinate documents, approvals and payments with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while coordinating with technical, software, logistics and project teams to ensure delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, technology sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple commercial terms.
• Existing B2B network and market experience is an advantage.
