About the role

Chaumet, a historic luxury jewellery maison, is seeking a Russian‑speaking Sales Executive to join its Dubai boutique. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of Chaumet, sharing the brand’s 240‑year heritage and providing a warm, luxurious welcome to clients.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process, creating an emotional journey and delivering the Chaumet selling ceremony.
• Achieve personal and boutique sales targets while expanding the customer database.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of Russian‑speaking clients, inviting them to Maison events and VIP visits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet collective boutique goals and participate in team meetings, challenges, and events.
• Support store operations, including security, cashier procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury jewellery and able to convey Chaumet’s heritage.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent client‑eling skills, especially with Russian‑speaking clientele.
• Team player who contributes to a collaborative boutique environment.
• Attention to detail in store operations and visual presentation.
