About the role
A leading UAE bank is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai who speaks both English and Arabic. The role is tele sales: you will contact customers by phone to promote financial products and help achieve sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers by phone to promote financial products
- Promote products across different product lines and adapt to regional needs
- Work towards sales targets
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Performance-driven attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and locations as required by the business
Required skills
- Proficiency in tele sales techniques
- Target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
- Working hours Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
