Sales Executive (US Shift) - Press/Media

About the role

LTV buys and operates profitable businesses across four continents; its portfolio company places brands in a network of 1,500+ media outlets. This is a late-shift phone sales job based in the Dubai office, focused on calling US business owners and turning calls into signed media, marketing or PR retainers.

Key responsibilities

• Call US business owners and marketing heads across US time zones and open real conversations.
• Find where a brand is losing attention, leads or reputation, then sign them to a paid media, marketing or PR retainer.
• Follow up quickly on every inbound lead while the prospect is still at their desk.
• Upsell clients who are ready for more, such as a bigger ad budget, a new channel or a press push.
• Track every lead, deal and conversation in the CRM and hit monthly targets for new deals, upsells and renewals.
• Use AI daily to research prospects, prepare for calls and personalise follow-ups.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally on the phone, with real targets and numbers you can show.
• Proven track record selling services such as marketing, advertising, media or PR to US clients.
• Comfortable working the late shift in the Dubai office.
• Excellent spoken English; a neutral or US-friendly accent is a plus.
• Uses AI every day as a research and pitching tool.
