Sales Manager – B2B SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the B2B SaaS sales function for a fast‑growing company. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will help shape the sales organisation, establish processes and drive commercial growth, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to build and develop the sales function and strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and manage sales team members as the organisation scales.
• Set clear objectives, monitor pipeline development, conversion rates and revenue performance.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow‑up of opportunities.
• Support the team throughout the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Identify new business opportunities, account development, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Establish effective CRM, reporting and forecasting practices.
• Analyse sales performance and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native level of English.
• Proven experience in a sales‑manager or team‑lead role within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop sales professionals.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
• Experience managing pipeline, forecasting and sales performance analysis.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting and forecasting tools.
