Sales Manager – Books & Art Gallery (Middle East)

About the role

Motivate Media Group, the leading book publisher in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue for both Motivate Books and its online art platform, The Arabian Gallery. The role focuses on expanding bulk sales to corporate, government and private clients across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Increase bulk sales of books and prints to corporate and government sectors.
• Identify and develop new customers using AI‑driven prospecting tools.
• Manage monthly and annual revenue targets for both books and the gallery.
• Collaborate with editorial and magazine teams to create sales material and pitch decks.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns for new releases.
• Maintain accurate invoicing, payment tracking and order delivery.
• Monitor stock levels with warehousing and update Salesforce daily.
• Produce monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven track record in initiating, negotiating and closing bulk sales deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building abilities with public and private sector clients.
• Experience managing revenue budgets and sales pipelines.
