Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager will lead sales operations for multiple commercial vehicle brands within FAMCO, driving market‑share growth and profitability across the UAE. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a high‑performing team, and nurture key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing net sales and gross margins.
• Develop strategic initiatives to capture new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Assign and manage sales territories to ensure effective market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to adapt sales plans.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet accounts, key customers, and strategic partners.
• Stay updated on industry developments through workshops and professional programs.

Required profile

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Deep market knowledge of light, medium and heavy‑duty trucks.
