Sales Manager – Corporate

About the role

The Sales Manager – Corporate will be responsible for driving room revenue and expanding corporate business for a luxury hotel. Reporting to the Associate Director/Director of Sales, the role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and proactive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, with senior sales leadership, a structured business plan for the corporate segment and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Identify, solicit, negotiate, and secure new corporate accounts while growing existing relationships to maximise room revenue and market share.
• Achieve targets for corporate room nights, revenue production, and account acquisition as set by sales leadership.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor business‑travel trends to keep the hotel competitively positioned.
• Generate a strong pipeline of corporate leads through market research, networking, and use of sales databases.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise corporate rates and overall revenue generation.
• Perform regular account reviews and client meetings to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Represent the hotel at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment, specifically within the corporate sales segment.
• Proven knowledge of corporate account management, business development, contract negotiation and strategic sales planning.
