Sales Manager – Dental & Medical Products

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dental and medical product sales team in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions to dental practitioners and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within the dental and medical sectors.
• Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Continuously improve sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in medical, dental or healthcare products.
• Strong relationship‑building and client account management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in a business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and travel locally for client visits.
