Sales Manager - Dubai

About the role

A UAE-based diversified trading and distribution company specialising in office automation, managed print services, IT solutions and business equipment is looking for a Sales Manager based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on revenue growth, margin performance and market expansion across Dubai, with a strong emphasis on new business, pipeline development and monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and gross margin targets while maintaining pricing discipline, and keep a minimum 3x sales pipeline coverage.
• Acquire new customers across Enterprise, Government, SMB and Channel segments, and prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance plans.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, define KPIs, run regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
• Manage key accounts, lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise and government deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer behaviour, and report sales performance regularly to senior management.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and marketing, ensure compliance with policies, pricing and credit controls, and improve sales processes, systems and CRM usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of UAE sales experience in office automation, MFPs, IT hardware or managed print services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market is mandatory; trading, distribution or B2B background preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with strong leadership, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and data-driven analytical ability.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
