Sales Manager – Exhibition Stands & Build‑Up

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specialized in exhibition stands and build‑up solutions to drive growth for a leading exhibitions and live events organization in the UAE. The role focuses on winning large‑scale exhibition, pavilion and event projects for government, semi‑government and public‑sector clients across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with government and semi‑government clients throughout the UAE and GCC.
• Identify, pitch and secure large‑scale exhibition stands, national pavilions and event solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, including tenders, proposals, presentations and negotiations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key government stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate closely with design, production and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Achieve revenue targets across public‑sector accounts and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Exhibition Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in exhibitions, stand build‑up, pavilion construction or related industries within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record of winning large‑scale exhibition and event projects, preferably with government or semi‑government clients.
• Strong understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication and delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
