Sales Manager – Generator, Forklift & Equipment Rental

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead equipment sales and rental activities for generators, forklifts and related industrial solutions across the UAE. The role combines new‑business development with the management of key accounts to drive revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for diesel generators, forklifts, tower lights, dewatering pumps and associated rental solutions.
• Identify new customers, projects and market opportunities, and negotiate major enquiries, tenders and long‑term contracts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts in construction, infrastructure, facilities management and logistics sectors.
• Coordinate with technical, service, operations and commercial teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Monitor sales pipelines, quotations and order conversions, and support business development across the Middle East and export markets.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant sales experience in generator, forklift or industrial equipment rental.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and exposure to Middle‑East and export markets.
• Valid UAE driving licence and currently residing in the UAE.
