Sales Manager – Group & Leisure

About the role

Accor is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for its Group & Leisure division at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. In this leadership position you will drive revenue growth, build a high‑performing sales team and nurture relationships with group and leisure travel clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain group and leisure travel clients, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team through coaching, training and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, corporate clients and leisure operators.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates and revenue performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and finance to deliver seamless group and leisure packages.
• Prepare and present forecasts, reports and business reviews to senior management.
• Represent Accor at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the hospitality or travel sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
