Sales Manager – Luxury Gifting (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for our luxury gifting portfolio. The role is hands‑on, focused on prospecting, building relationships and closing high‑value deals across premium sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE/GCC region.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Promote and sell premium, luxury, or high‑value gifting solutions, including bespoke and project‑based offerings.
• Achieve revenue targets through proactive outbound outreach and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Leverage an existing network in luxury retail, hospitality, corporate gifting, fashion, beauty, jewellery and related premium sectors.
• Turn connections into long‑term commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales experience within the UAE/GCC market.
• Established network of corporate clients and decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
• Hunter mentality with comfort in outbound sales and opening new doors.
• Excellent face‑to‑face selling and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience selling premium, luxury or high‑value products/services.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
• Proactive, target‑driven approach and ability to work independently in the market.
