Sales Manager – Marine Technical Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales function for marine technical services across multiple business lines. The role focuses on generating and closing B2B business for fire‑fighting appliances, marine automation, calibration, and lifeboat services, while also expanding into related marine service verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, setting annual and quarterly revenue targets for each service vertical.
• Identify new market segments, geographies and client verticals to grow the business footprint.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Build and nurture relationships with shipowners, charterers and strategic partners, driving cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in the maritime/marine services industry, specifically with FFA, marine automation, calibration and lifeboat services.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex contracts.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
