Sales Manager – Mega Projects (DX Air‑Conditioning)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of DX air‑conditioning system sales across mega projects in the UAE, targeting major developers, consultants, MEP contractors and other key stakeholders. The role covers the full sales cycle from early design through tendering, negotiation, award and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for DX air‑conditioning systems on large residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with top developers such as DAMAC, Emaar, Dubai Holding, Arada and Aldar.
• Engage consultants, MEP contractors, main contractors and procurement teams to influence product specifications.
• Identify and track project opportunities from concept through design, tender, award and delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare competitive offers and ensure required profitability and margin.
• Coordinate with factory, product management, estimation and engineering to create technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyse competitor brands, pricing, market positioning and develop project‑specific sales strategies.
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, BOQs, price comparisons and value‑engineering proposals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Support handover to execution teams and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in sales engineering or sales management within HVAC or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans, negotiate large contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; valid driving licence required.
