Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Fire Protection

About the role

The company is a Dubai‑based provider of advanced fire protection solutions, serving the oil & gas sector. As a Sales Manager you will lead the promotion and sale of fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems to key industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with oil & gas customers, presenting fire protection solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications and quotations in collaboration with engineering and project teams.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, including site visits, product demonstrations and technical assistance.
• Monitor fire safety regulations, industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the offering competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Fire Protection or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical or fire safety environments.
• Strong communication abilities and experience using CRM systems.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and deliver consultative solutions to both technical and commercial audiences.
