Sales Manager – Oil & Gas (Industrial Services)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Oil & Gas will drive business growth, manage key client relationships and deliver revenue targets across upstream, midstream and downstream segments for Bilfinger’s industrial services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the oil & gas sector, focusing on midstream and downstream.
• Identify, pursue and convert new opportunities with national and international oil companies, NOCs, IOCs and EPC contractors such as ADNOC and EGA.
• Lead bid and tender processes from opportunity identification through contract award, preparing techno‑commercial proposals.
• Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in industrial services sales, with at least 7 years in oil & gas sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of oil & gas and power & utilities operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles in a competitive maintenance and industrial services environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
