Sales Manager – Pharmacy Automation (Gulf & Levant)

About the role

The Sales Manager, Pharmacy Automation (PA) will lead growth of BD’s PA portfolio across the Gulf and Levant region. Based in Dubai, you will execute commercial strategy, manage key accounts and build high‑performing sales capabilities to drive sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and profitable growth for the PA portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to increase market and category share.
• Lead, coach and support the sales team to meet individual and area‑level targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, influencers and clinical/non‑clinical stakeholders.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders, local societies and strategic partners.
• Implement market‑development initiatives, including new product launches and demand‑generation programs.
• Ensure effective product positioning, detailing and value communication aligned with the PA strategy.
• Oversee product training for internal teams and external partners.
• Provide clinical awareness, education and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Comply with BD’s commercial excellence framework, SFDC requirements and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, healthcare or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, preferably with capital equipment and pharmacy automation.
• Proven track record in area sales management, strategic account development and market shaping.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
