Sales Manager – Preferred Business Sales (AUH Zone)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Preferred Business Sales will lead the SMB segment in the Abu Dhabi (AUH) zone, ensuring high performance and reliable service for managed SMB customers. You will guide a team, oversee presales activities, and collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to align product development with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive SMB segment sales performance in the AUH zone.
• Oversee managed SMB segment to ensure prompt and reliable service.
• Manage day‑to‑day team operations, delivering courteous and competent service.
• Monitor key performance indicators and follow up to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Supervise presales activities, ensuring customers are managed promptly and efficiently.
• Develop plans to improve future sales performance, retain and win business, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement defined policies, procedures and guidelines for managed SMB.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Engineering on product development, providing feedback on customer demand trends, complaints and service quality.
• Foster development of skilled resources to achieve best‑in‑class sales.
• Evaluate ongoing performance, report to senior management and ensure strategic and financial targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar sales management role.
