Sales Manager - Real Estate Broker Channel

About the role

A client is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager based in Dubai who has an established network of real estate brokers and brokerage firms. The role focuses on driving property sales through broker relationships, promoting residential developments and turning qualified buyer leads into closed transactions. The position is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and activate relationships with real estate brokers and brokerage firms across Dubai.
• Communicate project launches, available inventory, pricing, payment plans, promotional offers and unique selling points to channel partners.
• Hold broker briefings, project presentations, meetings and property site visits to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Engage with broker-referred clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable properties and payment options.
• Present residential and off-plan developments, handle objections, negotiate terms and drive deals to closing.
• Maintain regular follow-up with brokers and prospective buyers to maximise conversion.
• Achieve individual sales targets and revenue objectives through effective channel partner management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing and buyer preferences to spot new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably with a property developer.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing sales through brokers and channel partners.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and off-plan property market.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, target-driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and maintain effective broker engagement.
