Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales team in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real‑estate sales management and a strong ability to drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the real‑estate industry.
• Experience leading and managing a sales team (preferred).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of local real‑estate market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
