Sales Manager – Service Modernization (UAE)

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Service Modernization business for HVAC retrofits across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the General Manager – HVAC UAE, you will drive revenue growth, manage an outside sales team, and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country‑wide sales strategies to meet forecasted revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dynamic outside sales team, identifying training needs and succession plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic prospects, coordinate business development activities, and negotiate bids.
• Deliver product presentations, workshops and technical education to clients.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Uphold Carrier’s standards for ethics, Environment, Health & Safety and compliance.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant HVAC sales leadership experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven track record managing outside sales teams, business development and client acquisition.
• Practical knowledge of leading and managing sales processes, projects and tactics.
• Broad technical knowledge of HVAC systems and awareness of their impact on other business areas.
