About the role
RSA Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its transportation services, focusing on air freight solutions. The successful candidate will combine deep logistics knowledge with strong sales expertise to expand the client base and strengthen existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines and freight forwarders.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global’s transport offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of transportation, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 5‑8 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably in transportation, within Dubai, UAE.
- Valid driving license.
