Sales Manager UAE and Oman

About the role

Cloudflare is hiring a Sales Manager based in Dubai to scale new business revenue across Commercial and Mid-Market accounts in the UAE and Oman. You will lead a team of Account Executives as a first-line manager, coaching them and helping drive brand awareness, go-to-market strategy and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas
• Manage, coach and develop the team of Account Executives, providing day-to-day deal support and guidance
• Source, interview and recruit sales talent in coordination with recruiting and sales leaders
• Own and update AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and give weekly attainment forecasts to sales management
• Help define ideal AE profiles, onboard and ramp up AEs, and develop programs to accelerate DNR growth and new product attach rates
• Define go-to-market coverage by vertical and geography, and drive channel relationships
• Lead quarterly business reviews and kick-offs, and set best practices for data-driven new business sales
• Work with Sales Enablement to develop AE sales play books, and with SalesOps, Marketing and Channel to improve brand awareness and revenues

Required profile

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
• At least 10 years of overall sales experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE and Oman
• At least 5 years managing a team of quota-carrying sales reps with a proven track record of selling complex solutions, preferably in SaaS, cloud or cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer engineering, computer science or similar); MBA or MIS a plus
• Experience with Salesforce and other sales reporting and BI tools
