Sales Manager – UK & Americas

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for the United Kingdom and the Americas markets. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to grow revenue, develop key accounts and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow travel agent and tour operator accounts in the UK and consortia in the Americas.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for the assigned markets.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor competition, market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support the execution of commercial initiatives and account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or luxury hospitality sales, preferably covering the UK and/or the Americas.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with travel agents, tour operators and DMCs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth‑mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of travel agency and tour operator sales processes.
• Familiarity with consortia and DMC partnership models.
