Sales & Marketing Officer / Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer / Specialist will generate new business opportunities, consult with prospective clients and support the documentation process for an immigration services provider. The role combines lead generation, social‑media engagement and client relationship management to drive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, social media and other marketing channels.
• Conduct client consultations to understand objectives, present services, explain processes and timelines.
• Manage inquiries received via social media platforms, email and other digital channels.
• Assist in creating and posting content for digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and clients in the CRM system and follow up to convert leads.
• Support clients in preparing and submitting required documentation and coordinate with operations for onboarding.
• Prepare reports, update databases and ensure organized documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client advisory or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
