Sales Operations Executive - Inside Sales

About the role

As a Sales Operations Executive you will support and enable the sales teams to sell more efficiently by providing tools, processes and operational assistance. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases, verify client pools and assign accounts based on location and language.
• Support onboarding of new business, handle account set‑up, contract activations/cancellations and monitor credit utilisation.
• Provide operational support and act as liaison between sales, ops and technical teams.
• Develop and share performance reports, offer insights to improve sales processes and identify skill gaps.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in sales operations or sales enablement, preferably in e‑commerce or classified platforms.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
