Sales & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Operations Executive to generate business, build broker relationships, and manage deals from enquiry to funding and beyond. The role combines business development with deal execution, ensuring a healthy pipeline and smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new broker partnerships and maintain strong existing relationships.
• Generate business through direct client acquisition and broker referrals, qualifying opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, subject to management approval.
• Own individual targets based on repaid originations.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and initial case submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely case progression.
• Coordinate with underwriting to move approved deals through signing, site visits, documentation, and disbursement.
• Manage post‑disbursement client relationships to support repeat business and retention.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in SME lending, invoice factoring, business finance, banking or fintech.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage broker networks, and close financing deals.
• Strong understanding of UAE SME financing and credit processes.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organised, commercially ambitious and able to own both sales targets and operational execution.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while attending in‑person meetings in Dubai.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 12,000 per month plus performance‑based commission linked to repaid originations.
