About the role
One Sync is seeking a Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships. This role suits someone who takes initiative, understands customer needs, and approaches sales with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the value of our offering.
- Manage sales opportunities from initial outreach through to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities.
- Work toward agreed sales targets and contribute to improving our sales approach.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to build trust with customers.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role is an advantage.
