Sales Representative, Real Estate Services

About the role

PropertySuite is looking for a Sales Representative in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, to serve international investors who already own Dubai property. The role covers both existing clients and a wider database of qualified prospects, matching them to services such as Golden Visas, non-resident bank accounts, property management, snagging and handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Call investors who have already bought property in Dubai and find out where they stand today.
• Match each client to the services they need, giving them clarity, security and quality.
• Build rapport from scratch as well as from an existing relationship, and run a proper needs analysis.
• Open new conversations across the wider prospect database and book the services people need.

What we offer

• A base salary so you are not living deal-to-deal.
• Uncapped commission on every service booked.
• A AED 3,000 bonus every time you spot a buyer and hand a property deal to the specialist.
• No RERA license needed; you do not broker property, so there is no licensing barrier.
