Sales Supervisor – Cardiovascular Therapies

About the role

The Sales Supervisor for Cardiovascular Therapies will lead growth across Interventional Cardiology, Renal Denervation and Structural Heart in the UAE. This position combines priority account management with supervision of sales and clinical support teams to execute commercial plans, meet sales targets and increase therapy adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory and account sales plans for Interventional Cardiology, Renal Denervation and Structural Heart.
• Achieve revenue, market‑share, product‑adoption and account‑growth objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Supervise daily activities of assigned sales and clinical support team members, providing field coaching and product guidance.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority government and private healthcare institutions.
• Support new product launches, physician training, clinical workshops and tender submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum six years of sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong cardiovascular experience covering Interventional Cardiology, Renal Denervation and Structural Heart, including direct TAVI experience.
• Proven experience supervising or coaching sales or clinical support professionals.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE cardiovascular market and its healthcare institutions.
