Sales Support Senior Lead

About the role

Fine Solutions is looking for a Sales Support Senior Lead to act as a trusted business partner across the UAE and Lower Gulf. The role turns financial data into clear recommendations and actionable plans, helping leaders make commercially sound decisions on budgets, pricing, investments and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews, tracking sales, volume, gross profit, margins, commercial expenditure and profitability; develop dashboards, forecasts and management reports.
• Analyse customer, product, channel and SKU-level profitability, and evaluate pricing strategies, rebates, tenders and customer contracts.
• Build business cases for new customers, product launches, dispenser investments and market entry, using NPV, IRR, ROI, payback and sensitivity analysis.
• Consolidate Regional Key Account performance, set up account scorecards and prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations.
• Maintain trackers for customer rebates, contractual commitments, qualifying sales, claims and payment status, and reconcile rebate provisions with Finance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Costing and Business Technology to improve reporting quality and influence pricing, investment and customer strategy decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; CMA, CIMA, ACCA or an MBA is an advantage.
• Typically 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance, consulting or a related analytical role.
• Experience across multiple markets, business units or customer segments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, costing and commercial profitability.

Required skills

• Hands-on financial modelling (NPV, IRR, ROI, payback, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis).
• Ability to evaluate tenders, contracts, pricing strategies, rebates and investment proposals.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Comfort working with ERP data.
