Sales Support Specialist – Oilfield Equipment

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist assists the estimation and sales teams by preparing technical and commercial proposals for oilfield and pressure‑control equipment. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role requires close collaboration with internal departments and prompt responses to client inquiries, ensuring proposals meet EthosEnergy’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bids, gathering data from production, QC, design, and supply‑chain teams.
• Maintain the estimation database and CRM with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support business growth.
• Assist in developing cost estimates and solution proposals that align with API standards.
• Support sales presentations and client meetings with relevant technical information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or support roles, with exposure to quotation or proposal preparation.
• Full, clean UAE driving licence (or convertible).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of API standards: API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, API7‑1.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
