Sales Team Lead

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic, homegrown brands with a strong presence across the UAE, connecting millions of users. As a Sales Team Lead you will guide the retention team to achieve seller retention and auction revenue targets, developing people and business plans to reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational plans to meet monthly retention targets.
• Monitor seller churn trends, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with upper management and team members.
• Provide coaching on retention techniques, objection handling and value proposition.
• Apply company policies related to employee KPIs and evaluate team performance.
• Organise workflow, lead allocation and schedules for the retention team.
• Handle employee complaints and inquiries, ensuring a professional environment.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 2‑3 years experience in a call‑centre or sales environment, preferably in retention or collections.
• 1‑2 years of team‑management experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of call‑centre operations and performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work six days a week and flexible with working hours.
