Sales Team Leader

About the role

Würth Gulf is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants. The role drives sales performance, customer growth and market expansion within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions and ride-alongs to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Monitor team performance, customer activity, productivity and territory coverage.
• Drive new customer acquisition, retention and account development.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Deliver performance reviews, team meetings and development plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
• Strong track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent coaching, communication and people development skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• UAE driving licence.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, construction, MRO or related industries is an advantage.
