Sales Training & Development Manager

About the role

A well-established real estate organisation is looking for a Sales Training & Development Manager to design and deliver effective training programmes for its sales teams. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is responsible for building the skills and capabilities of the sales department. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the team's needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust them accordingly
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and development opportunities
• Align training programmes with organisational goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve the performance of sales personnel
• Monitor and report on training progress and its impact on sales performance
• Keep up with industry trends so training content stays relevant
• Manage the training budget and allocate resources efficiently

Required profile

• Strong background in sales training and development within the real estate industry
• Proven ability to design and run effective training programmes
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements
• Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
