Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project onsite in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing Service Cloud solutions for a leading bank.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Build and enhance case‑management, customer‑servicing, escalation, and approval workflows.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Service Console, Omni‑Channel, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge.
• Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions follow Salesforce security and development best practices.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience working on customer‑servicing or case‑management solutions.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be advantageous.
