Salesforce Support Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Support Consultant to join our client, a global leader in the real‑estate sector, based in Abu Dhabi. You will be the main point of contact for Salesforce support, ensuring smooth operation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations.
• Act as primary contact for support requests, issue resolution, user assistance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Leasing, CRM and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain and optimise real‑estate processes in Salesforce, including unit management, sales contracts, handover and DLP processes.
• Perform daily administration tasks: user setup, security configuration, profiles, roles, permissions and data cleanup.
• Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules and process automations.
• Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions and keep process documentation up to date.
• Participate in UAT, go‑live support and post‑implementation reviews.
• Advise business stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or support, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of working independently.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) – mandatory.
